Creative Designer
Job Summary
The Creative Designer creates visually compelling graphics for both digital and print media. This role is responsible for developing creative concepts for branding, marketing, websites, and campaigns that align with business goals.
The ideal candidate has strong artistic skills, a high level of creativity, proficiency in design software (such as Adobe Creative Suite), and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful visual communication.
Key Responsibilities
Conceptualization & Design
Develop unique visual concepts and creative artwork for a wide range of projects
Creative Asset Production
Design high-quality assets for web, social media, print materials (brochures, banners, marketing collaterals), video content, and presentations
Brand Consistency
Ensure all designs are aligned with the company�s brand identity, tone, and visual standards
Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, content, and other teams to translate strategies and ideas into effective visual designs
Project Management
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining well-organized files
Trend Awareness
Stay up to date with design tools, software, and industry trends
Social Media Support
Assist in increasing social media followers, engagement, subscribers, and app visibility through creative visual
Requirements
Creativity & Artistic Talent: Strong eye for design, layout, typography, and visual storytelling
Software Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and tools such as CapCut or similar
Communication Skills: Ability to clearly articulate ideas and understand team or project requirements
Branding Knowledge: Understanding of how to build and maintain a strong brand image
Attention to Detail: High level of precision and consistency in design execution
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of creative work across different mediums
