About the Role
Working setup: full time onsite (BGC)
Key Responsibilities
1. Visual Identity & UI Design
Establish and maintain game visual standards, including color palettes, typography, textures, and overall style direction (e.g. 3D soft-touch, jelly-like, or stylized cartoon aesthetics).
Design high-quality UI assets such as buttons, pop-up windows, progress bars, and reward feedback icons.
Ensure visual consistency and aesthetic unity across all game screens and UI elements to strengthen brand identity.
2. App Design Standards & Mobile Adaptation
Apply iOS Human Interface Guidelines (HIG) and Android Material Design principles to ensure a smooth and native mobile user experience.
Design responsive layouts for multiple screen ratios and devices, including iPhone, iPad, and foldable devices.
Strictly follow Safe Area requirements, ensuring UI elements avoid notches, Dynamic Islands, and system gesture areas.
3. Design System, Handover & Collaboration
Manage multi-resolution asset exports (@2x, @3x) and vector assets to ensure clarity and performance within the app.
Maintain and evolve the Design System using Figma Variables and Tokens to improve development efficiency and iteration speed.
Prepare detailed design handover materials, including redlines and 9-patch specifications, to support accurate implementation by developers.
Requirements
Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator for producing high-quality visual assets.
Solid understanding of mobile adaptation logic, including pt / dp / px unit conversion and platform density standards.
Excellent aesthetic execution skills, particularly in lighting, shading, and depth, to create a friendly, vibrant, and polished casual game visual style.
