About the Role
Job Summary:
develops and implements campaigns to promote products/services, drives brand
awareness, and achieves business goals by managing digital/traditional media, analyzing
data, organizing events, and collaborating with sales/creative teams, requiring strong
communication, strategy, and organizational skills. They research trends, manage budgets,
create content (social media, web, print), track metrics, and ensure marketing efforts align
with overall company objectives. Frequently look for and manages sponsors and become a
bridge between the organization�s needs and a partner�s brand goals.
Key Responsibilities:
� Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across
various channels (social media, email, print, digital).
� Content Creation: Develop engaging content for ads, websites, blogs, and social
media.
� Market Research: Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor
activities to identify opportunities.
� Event Coordination: Organize promotional activities, product launches, trade
shows, and exhibitions.
� Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign success using metrics, analyze data, and
report on ROI.
� Collaboration: Work with sales, design, and other departments to ensure cohesive
messaging.
� Budget Management: Handle marketing budgets and expenditures.
� Brand Management: Maintain brand consistency and enhance brand identity.
� Strategic Alignment: Identify potential partners that align with the organization's
brand, ensuring the partnership boosts brand recognition and reputation.� Developing Packages: Curate sponsorship packages, defining what the sponsor
gets in return, such as branding opportunities, audience access, or lead generation.
� Targeting and Outreach: Reach out to potential sponsors, particularly looking for
local or regional business leaders to support events and activities.
� Activation and Fulfillment: After securing sponsorship, Marketing Officer will be
responsible for implementing the deliverables, such as placing logos, organizing
experiential marketing, or assist/coordinate social media shoutouts.
Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
3–5 years of relevant work experience (preferred)
Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, and branding
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical skills for data interpretation
Creativity combined with strategic thinking
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Proficiency in marketing software and related tools
Experience liaising with vendors, agencies, and media
Ability to prepare and present reports to senior management
Willingness to travel when required
