About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
Visual Content Creation
Design eye-catching promotional banners and marketing visuals to clearly communicate campaign messages and improve click-through rates (CTR).
Create social media graphics, illustrations, and infographics for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and X (Twitter), aligned with the brand�s visual identity.
Produce short-form video visuals, including thumbnails and lightweight motion assets for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and similar platforms to improve engagement and retention.
Multi-Platform Design & Optimization
Adapt designs to platform-specific formats (e.g., Instagram Stories 9:16, Facebook posts 1:1 or 4:5) to ensure optimal display across devices.
Stay updated on social and visual trends (e.g., memes, trending layouts) and translate relevant trends into brand-aligned creative content.
Maintain visual consistency across fast-paced, high-volume social content to ensure a cohesive brand image.
Requirements
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; able to use Figma or Canva for fast iteration and asset management.
Strong marketing-oriented design skills, including layout, color usage, and visual hierarchy to strengthen Calls to Action (CTA) and improve conversion.
Basic knowledge of motion design tools such as After Effects, CapCut, or Premiere Pro to create simple animations, GIFs, or short video assets.
