About the Role
Manages daily content publishing and community operations across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, including scheduling, optimization, and performance tracking. Oversees engagement, DMs, and fan interactions, collaborates with content and livestream teams to drive traffic and conversion, and delivers regular performance reports. Requires strong execution, data awareness, platform familiarity, and comfort working with analytics, spreadsheets, and publishing tools; short-form video or livestream experience is a plus.
Requirements
Handle daily management and content publishing for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
Develop posting schedules and optimize posting time, tags, topics, and titles.
Track key metrics including views, engagement, and follower growth.
Manage DMs, comment interactions, fan care, and community funneling.
Deliver weekly reports and monthly performance reviews.
Work with the content and livestream teams on traffic growth and conversion.
Familiar with the operating rules of at least one or two major platforms.
Capable of reading basic performance data (retention, conversions, etc.).
Comfortable using spreadsheets and scheduling tools.
Strong execution, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Experience in short-form video or livestream industries is a plus.
