About the Role
Summary:
Responsible for the strategy and execution of advertising campaigns across platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Google Ads/DV360, Programmatic DSP, etc.), managing multi-million USD budgets to ensure CPA/ROAS/ROI targets are met, in support of aggressive user growth goals.

Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute paid advertising strategies across local channels such as Facebook, TikTok, Google, affiliate networks, and programmatic DSPs, optimizing for CPA / CPFD.
Lead the ad buying team in daily campaign optimization to meet CPA, ROAS, and ROI targets.
Build and maintain ad tracking and attribution systems, setting up event tracking, postbacks, deep linking, etc., using tools like Adjust, AppsFlyer, Firebase, GA4, and GTM.
Leverage BI dashboards and A/B testing to optimize ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages, continuously improving conversion and retention rates.
Monitor competitors� ad campaigns and adjust strategies promptly to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Statistics, or Data Analysis.
3+ years of experience in digital advertising management, with a background in iGaming / real-money gaming preferred.
Proficient in major advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, DV360, DSPs, etc.) and optimization techniques, with experience managing million-dollar-level budgets.
Skilled in attribution and data analytics tools such as Adjust, AppsFlyer, Firebase, GA4, and GTM.
Strong team leadership and cross-cultural communication skills.
Bonus Points:
Familiar with major media channels, local media, OEM & eWallet channels in Southeast Asia (especially the Philippines).
