About the Role
Responsibilities
1. Conduct post-launch risk control monitoring, including RTP, abnormal betting behavior, and system anomalies
2. Monitor daily operational and risk-related data, promptly identifying and reporting irregularities
3. Provide basic customer and issue support for partner platforms and gaming halls
4. Support risk control and operations during night shifts, weekends, and Philippine public holidays (shift-based)
5. Document and organize risk and operational incidents to support further analysis and process optimization
6. Collaborate with internal technical, product, and operations teams to follow up on issue resolution
7. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
Requirements:
College degree or above; candidates with a background in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related fields are preferred
Familiar with gaming risk control logic (e.g., RTP, bet distribution, jackpot risk management).
Minimum of 2 years experience in the gaming, gambling, or online platform industry
Experience in risk control, data monitoring, or backend system operations
Familiar with shift-based or 7/24 support models, willing to work night shifts, weekends, and Philippine public holidays
Strong communication skills and the ability to handle urgent situations calmly and effectively
Familiar with Excel and other data analysis tools
Proficient in English as a working language
