Job Title: Head of Operations (Online Lottery & Growth)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a visionary Head of Operations to lead the strategy and execution of our online scratch card and casual lottery platform. You will be responsible for end-to-end user growth, retention, content strategy, and community ecosystem management. As a core leader, you will drive the creation of a high-growth, high-conversion digital lottery framework while building a world-class operations team from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Growth Strategy & Planning
Define the operational roadmap and annual growth targets for the online lottery business.
Build a full-cycle user growth system (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, and LTV).
Optimize the "Operation Funnel" by analyzing prize structures, product mechanics, and user behavior.
2. Content & Social Media Matrix
Oversee the brand�s presence across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
Develop content frameworks, video scripts, and trend-capture mechanisms to drive viral reach and conversion.
Lead the KOL/KOC collaboration strategy, including talent selection, ROI evaluation, and performance scaling.
3. Community & Ecosystem Management
Lead the setup and engagement of community hubs on Discord, Telegram, and Facebook Groups.
Implement community loyalty programs (Challenges, UGC contests, and tier-based incentives).
Manage public sentiment, user relations, and feedback loops to drive product iteration.
4. Data-Driven Operations
Monitor and optimize key metrics: DAU/WAU/MAU, Retention, Conversion Rate, GGR, and NGR.
Implement A/B testing and quantitative analysis to scale successful marketing campaigns.
Partner with Product and R&D teams to launch new features based on data insights.
5. Leadership & Team Building
Scale the team from 0 to 1, managing an initial group of 10�20, expanding to 50+ in later phases.
Establish Operational SOPs, KPIs, and training programs to ensure high team efficiency.
6. Cross-functional & Compliance Collaboration
Work with Legal and Government Relations teams to ensure all activities are PCSO-compliant.
Coordinate with PR, Marketing, and Customer Service for large-scale product launches and seasonal campaigns.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor�s degree in Marketing, Communications, Data Science, or a related field.
Experience: 5�8 years in Internet Operations (Content/User/Community); at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Market Expertise: Deep understanding of the Philippine market, local social media trends, and user consumption habits.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in data tools like GA, Amplitude, Looker, or Google Data Studio.
Industry Background: Experience in Lottery, Gaming, Fintech, or E-commerce is highly preferred.
English Proficiency: Strong communication skills (Simple/Conversational English is acceptable, but must be able to lead meetings and coordinate effectively).
