About the Role
Responsibilities:
Execute user acquisition (UA) campaigns for the Philippines market
Assist in ad creatives testing, optimization, and performance tracking
Analyze campaign data and optimize key conversion metrics such as registration and KYC
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure tasks are completed on time
Requirements:
Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
Proficient in Tagalog for daily communication
Strong independent thinking and problem-solving skills
Proactive, adaptable, fast learner, and able to work under pressure
Basic design sense with experience using Photoshop or similar tools
Video editing experience is a plus (not limited to specific tools)
Familiar with social media advertising logic; hands-on experience is preferred
